What I know now, I really wished I knew then.
That notebook and pen would have saved heartbreak and possibly the lives of others. If I knew about family health and diseases sooner, I could have done what I was trained to do in my early adulthood. That was observe and report. What I had started to observe as a young teenager was later one of the most difficult points in my early adult life that was now to late to change in the older members of my family.
The devastating disease of Dementia, and losing two of the most precious and loved people that were most involved in my life. My Grandparents.
